I snapped this on Wednesday, while checking out the exterior of Tacoma Museum of Glass. (The Museum’s Bridge of Glass page)
On a technical note, this is the first photo I’ve exported straight to this blog from Aperture, and I’m not quite sure how to properly handle color profiles with that workflow. Normally, I’d export the pic to Photoshop, dump the embedded profile, and edit in an unmanaged color space to see exactly what the picture would look like on the web. (Because there’s almost no profile support in browsers.)
So this is a bit of an experiment, and the black point isn’t exactly where I’d like it to be…making it a tiny bit washed out in every browser but Safari (which picks up the Adobe RGB).
