
I snapped a few photos on my walk from work to the bus stop today; this one is of the glass awning covering the walkway right next to Seattle Center’s International Fountain.
I realized that my CF card had only about 15 shots left on it, so I began taking photos judiciously—or at least more judiciously than usual. If felt as if I was shooting film again, which is quite an abrupt change, as I’m used to not batting an eye when reeling off 20 shots of one scene to perfect my exposure and framing.
It quickly became clear to me that more shots did not necessarily help my output quality, though it is quite nice when speed is of the essence. Of the 15 or so I took, I’ll probably post 6 or so in the next few days.
